Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Users accessing the Platform at https://angkor-go.com/ and the Platform Owner.
Users who do not agree with these Terms and the Privacy Policy must stop using the Angkor Go website in any manner.
If a User accesses the Platform on behalf of an organization, the User accepts these Terms and warrants that they have the appropriate authority.
Any action involving use of the Platform, including viewing information, submitting a Request to select or book a tour/trip, or posting a Review, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. By continuing to use the Angkor Go website, the User agrees to the current version of the Terms and the Privacy Policy. New versions of the documents take effect from the time they are published on the website.
1. Terms and Definitions
Angkor Go Information Platform (Service, Website, Platform) — the website located at https://angkor-go.com/, which is an electronic catalog and aggregator of information about excursion and tourism services in the Kingdom of Cambodia, Siem Reap. The Service provides functionality for reviewing offers and submitting Requests to contact Service Providers.
Personal data operator — a legal entity or individual that processes personal data. When you visit our website, we become the operator of your personal data.
Processing of personal data — performing any actions with personal data (collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer, deletion, etc.).
Platform Owner — Angkor Go, registered at 232 Lok Taneou Street, Siem Reap, Siem Reap Province, Cambodia, which owns the information service and acts as an information intermediary. The Platform Owner does not independently provide excursion or tourism services, does not act as a tour operator or travel agent, and is not the employer of Organizers.
Authorized Representative of the Platform Owner in the Russian Federation — self-employed citizen of the Russian Federation Vladimir Evgenyevich Sungorov, Tax ID 702408609289 (correspondence address: Tomsk Region, Seversk, Kommunistichesky Prospekt, 127, Apt. 3), acting under an agency agreement for the purpose of communicating with Roskomnadzor and data subjects in the Russian Federation.
User (Traveler) — any legally capable individual aged 18 or older who has accessed the Platform.
Organizer (Service Provider) — an independent local guide, tour guide or transportation company that is a tax resident of the Kingdom of Cambodia and publishes information about its services on the Platform. The Organizer is independently responsible for the quality and safety of the services provided.
Content — textual, graphical and other information provided by Users or Organizers (including reviews, photographs and route descriptions).
Listing — informational material about a tour, multi-day trip or transfer published on the Platform, including a description of the route, terms, duration, price and possible additional expenses.
Service — a tour service, transfer or set of tour programs provided by an Organizer in Cambodia under the terms described in the Listing. The service agreement is concluded directly between the User and the Organizer.
Request — a request submitted by a User through the website contact form, by email or through messengers for the purpose of receiving advice, clarifying details or booking a Service for a specific date.
Traveler Review — a subjective comment or rating submitted by a User about a completed Service, expressing the author’s opinion on the quality and organization of the program.
2. Scope and Nature of Activities
2.1. The Platform Owner provides Users with free access to the information catalog on https://angkor-go.com/ to search, review and select tour programs in Cambodia.
2.2. The Angkor Go website does not require registration and does not create user accounts. Communication and Requests are handled through contact forms, messengers and email.
2.3. The Platform Owner acts solely as an information intermediary, providing the technological and communication means for a Traveler to connect with an independent Organizer (a tax resident of Cambodia).
2.4. The Platform Owner does not receive income from the direct provision of excursion services and is not a party to the transaction concluded between the User and the local Service Provider.
2.5. Searching and viewing Listings on the website is completely free for Users.
3. Legal Status of the Platform and Limitation of Liability
3.1. The Platform Owner is not a tour operator or travel agent, does not create travel packages, does not independently provide excursion services and is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Organizers during tours in Cambodia.
3.2. Any arrangements concerning the program, meeting times, additional options and final payment are agreed directly between the User and the Organizer.
3.3. The Platform Owner makes reasonable efforts to verify the accuracy of information published in Listings, but does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of all descriptions, accompanying images or subjective assessments.
3.4. The Platform Owner is not responsible for temporary website outages caused by technical issues, maintenance or the actions of third parties (providers, hosting platforms).
3.5. Under all circumstances, the Platform Owner’s liability to the User is limited to an amount not exceeding 10,000 (ten thousand) rubles and arises only if the Platform Owner’s fault is established by a court.
3.6. The Platform Owner reserves the right to remove any Listing or restrict access to website functionality if violations of law or these Terms are identified.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All intellectual property published on https://angkor-go.com/ (including texts, design elements, logos, data structure and software code) belongs to the Platform Owner Angkor Go or is used lawfully.
4.2. Automated data collection (scraping), copying website materials and using the Angkor Go brand name without the written permission of the Platform Owner are strictly prohibited.
4.3. By submitting a review or providing text and photographic materials through contact forms, the User grants the Platform Owner the right to use such content free of charge for publication on the website and for the Service’s marketing purposes worldwide.
5. Rights and Obligations of Users
5.1. The User agrees to provide accurate contact details (name, phone number, email) when submitting Requests through the website.
5.2. When using the Service, the User must not:
- submit false, offensive, defamatory or unlawful information;
- impersonate another person without proper authority;
- attempt to compromise the technical security of the website;
- use the contact details of the local host for unauthorized advertising messages (SPAM).
5.3. Users are independently responsible for complying with the laws of their country of stay and the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia while participating in tours.
5.4. The Platform Owner may, at its discretion, moderate and determine how reviews are displayed on the website, including temporarily restricting public access to individual reviews in order to verify their authenticity. By submitting a review, the User agrees to this procedure.
5.5. The User understands that Reviews form part of the trust system and ratings of local Organizers. A review submitted for a completed Service may not be removed at the author’s request (including after a subsequent dispute between the User and Organizer has been resolved), except where required by applicable law.
5.6. The Platform Owner may remove or edit a Review if it contains obscene language, personal data of third parties, extremist or defamatory statements, or was submitted by a person who did not use the Services.
5.7. In the Listing description, the Organizer states additional expenses that are not included in the base price and are paid by the User directly at the place where the Services are provided in Cambodia (entrance tickets to the Angkor Wat temple complex, national parks, meals, personal expenses, etc.).
6. Submitting Requests and No Registration Requirement
6.1. The Angkor Go website does not provide for registration or user accounts. All search, program viewing and request submission services are available without creating an account.
6.2. To book a Service or receive a consultation, the User completes the contact form on the website or contacts us through the listed messengers or email. Submitting the form constitutes the User’s request to receive information and acceptance of these Terms.
6.3. Requests may not be submitted by minors (persons under 18) without the consent of their parents or legal representatives.
6.4. The User agrees to provide accurate and reliable contact information. The User assumes all risks associated with errors in the contact details provided that may make it impossible to contact the User or organize the tour.
6.5. To process the Request and arrange communication with the local Service Provider, the Platform Owner processes the minimum necessary amount of personal data (name, contact number, email address, request details) in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.
7. Organizer Representations and Tour Program Terms
7.1. All Organizers of tours and programs presented on the website are independent local service providers and tax residents of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Platform Owner provides an information platform connecting the Customer and Service Provider.
7.2. By publishing information about its program on the Angkor Go website, the Organizer warrants that it has the necessary knowledge, qualifications and permits to conduct tours under the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
7.3. The Organizer agrees to inform the User in advance, in the program description, about route specifics, clothing requirements (including the dress code for visiting Buddhist temples in Cambodia), physical fitness, weather conditions and safety rules.
7.4. Users understand that travel and tours may involve inherent risks related to weather conditions, climate, transportation and physical activity. By purchasing a Service from a local Organizer, the User voluntarily accepts these risks. The Platform Owner is not responsible for the User’s health condition, injuries or property losses during tours conducted by local service providers.
7.5. The Platform Owner is not responsible for the quality, safety or composition of food and drinks that may be provided by the Organizer or purchased by the User during tours. The User is responsible for informing the Organizer of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
7.6. The Organizer and the User agree to comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia while providing and receiving Services.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Any claims concerning the quality, completeness, procedure or safety of excursion services must be submitted by the User directly to the local Organizer (Service Provider) in accordance with the law of the place where the services are provided (Kingdom of Cambodia).
8.2. Claims concerning the operation of the Angkor Go information service and data transfer should be sent by email to: main@angkor-go.ru.
8.3. Relations with the authorized representative in the Russian Federation regarding personal data are governed by Russian Federation law. Matters relating to excursion services provided by local providers are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. If one or more provisions of these Terms are found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
9.2. Any use of the website by the User confirms that the User has read and fully agrees to these Terms.
9.3. The Platform Owner may amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on https://angkor-go.com/.
9.4. All officially significant correspondence between the User and the Platform Owner is conducted by email:

- for the User — the email address provided when submitting a Request through the contact form.
