In this document, Angkor Go, registered at 232 Lok Taneou Street, Siem Reap, Siem Reap Province, Cambodia (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"), describes the procedure for processing personal data of visitors to the website https://angkor-go.com/.
Important note on the nature of activities: The Angkor Go website is an information service (platform). The Operator is not a tour operator or travel agent, does not independently provide excursion or tourist services, and does not derive revenue directly from the provision of such services. The primary purpose of the website is to provide an informational and technological connection between Customers (website users) and independent local providers (guides, tour creators, drivers) who are tax residents of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
The person authorized to act on behalf of the Operator under an agency agreement for the purpose of fulfilling the Operator's obligations in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and enabling effective communication with Roskomnadzor and personal data subjects is self-employed citizen Vladimir Evgenievich Sungorov, TIN 702408609289 (correspondence address: Tomsk Region, Seversk, Kommunistichesky Ave., 127, apt. 3).

We place great importance on protecting your privacy and the security of your personal data. Please carefully review this Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") to understand the purposes for which we process your personal data and how you can exercise your rights regarding personal data.
1. About Personal Data and Your Rights During Processing
Personal Data — any information relating directly or indirectly to you or allowing your identification.
Personal Data Controller — a legal or natural person that processes personal data. When you visit our website, we become the controller of your personal data.
Processing of Personal Data — performing any actions on personal data (collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer, deletion, etc.).
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- rectify/clarify your personal data;
- block and delete your personal data;
- appeal our actions or omissions;
- appeal decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing of your personal data;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
2. How Can You Exercise Your Rights?
You may send a formal written request to the postal address of our authorized representative (Tomsk Region, Seversk, Kommunistichesky Ave., 127, apt. 3), specifying details of your identity document or the identity document of your representative (document type, series and number, issuing authority and date), your full name or the representative's full name, information on the nature of your relationship with us confirming the processing of your personal data, as well as a physical signature.
You may also submit an inquiry to our email address: main@angkor-go.com in the form of an electronic document signed in accordance with Russian Federation legislation on electronic signatures, or as a scanned copy of a written application.
3. Why Do We Process Your Personal Data?
Within the scope of the purposes specified below, we collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, modify), extract, use, transfer (grant access to local providers in Cambodia for service organization), block, delete, and destroy your personal data.
3.1. Processing Requests for Tour Selection and Consultation
If you need assistance selecting a program or information about your holiday, you can write to us or leave a request on the website. During our communication, we may process the following data:
- name;
- contact method (phone number, email address, or messenger handle/account);
- message text and information from your inquiry.
The processed data does not belong to special categories or biometric data (in accordance with Articles 10–11 of Law No. 152-FZ) and is processed by automated and non-automated means.
Legal basis: your initiative to submit an inquiry and take pre-contractual measures in accordance with Clause 5, Part 1, Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ, as well as acceptance of the Terms of Use document.
Retention period: if a booking does not take place following the inquiry, the data is destroyed upon the expiration of 30 days after the request is processed. If service provision terms are agreed upon, data is stored for the duration of the interaction, as well as for 3 years after its completion for the purpose of protecting the Operator's legal interests.
3.2. Forwarding Requests and Booking Tours with Local Providers
When submitting a request or booking a specific tour/program through the Angkor Go website, to transfer information to the local provider (a tax resident of Cambodia), we may process the following personal data:
- first name (or full name);
- email address;
- contact phone number / messenger handle;
- desired date and time of the program;
- number of participants;
- text of your comment or order requests.
Third-party transfer: specified data is transferred directly to the local provider in Cambodia who will render the selected service to you, solely to enable direct communication between you and the provider.
Legal basis: your initiative to enter into and execute a service contract/agreement with the local provider (Clause 5, Part 1, Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ).
3.3. Prepayments / Online Payments and Financial Settlements
If a deposit or payment is required to secure a booking, payment data processing is carried out by third-party certified online payment services. The Operator does not collect, process, or store full bank card details or credentials.
We only have access to information regarding successful payment status, payment amount, and masked card numbers (first 6 and last 4 digits) provided by the payment aggregator.
Legal basis: performance of the booking agreement and legal requirements regarding accounting and tax records.
Retention period for payment data: transaction data is stored for 5 years in accordance with tax and accounting legislation requirements.
3.4. Refunds
In case of booking cancellation and processing a refund through communication channels (email main@angkor-go.com or messengers), we may process:
- first and last name;
- contact phone number and email;
- bank account / card details for processing the refund;
- details of the original order and refund amount.
Legal basis: compliance with the terms of the Refund Policy and Russian legal requirements.
Retention period: data is stored for 5 years from the date of the financial transaction.
3.5. Processing Support Service Inquiries
When contacting us via email main@angkor-go.com or through messengers specified on the website, we process the data provided by you (name, contacts, message content) solely to resolve your request.
Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Operator in ensuring high quality customer service and support (Clause 7, Part 1, Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ).
Retention period: inquiries and correspondence are destroyed after 30 days from the complete resolution of the issue raised.
4. Data Security
Personal data collected and stored by us is considered confidential information. It is protected against loss, alteration, or unauthorized access in accordance with Russian Federation legislation on personal data. To achieve this, we implement technical and organizational measures. We continuously improve our data protection systems.
5. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to amend our Policy at any time. We encourage you to regularly review all updates to our Policy. We will provide notifications of material changes to the Policy via available communication channels.
