Welcome to Angkor Go. By booking our tours or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment To secure your tour reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid either in advance (if meeting before the tour date) or on the day of the excursion before it starts.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- A refund of the deposit is only possible if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the scheduled tour date AND is not due to the client’s fault or change of mind.
- If the cancellation is made due to the client’s fault, actions, or decision, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.
3. Force Majeure and Itinerary Changes Angkor Go reserves the right to modify tour routes or activities due to weather conditions or sudden closures of historical sites. In case of unforeseen force majeure events, each situation will be discussed and handled individually to find the best possible solution for both parties.
4. Liability and Insurance Angkor Go acts as a tour operator and is not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, or theft during the tours. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before arriving in Cambodia.
5. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

- Your name and contact details (Email, Phone number, WhatsApp/Telegram handle).
- Travel details (Dates of visit, number of guests, hotel name for pickup).

- Process your tour bookings and arrange transportation/guides.
- Communicate with you regarding your itinerary.
- Improve our services and website experience.
3. Data Sharing We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except when necessary to fulfill your booking (e.g., sharing your name and hotel with a local driver or boat captain).
4. Data Security We implement standard security measures to keep your data safe. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
